IMMUNITY BROTH RECIPE



Ingredients:

  • marjoram

  • thyme

  • button mushroom

  • dried rose petals

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot and fill with water. Cook on low for 3-5 hours.

  2. Be sure to check on it, frequently stirring. Season w/salt and peppercorns to taste.

  3. When ready, strain broth and compost veggies/herbs.

  4. Add fresh thyme to a mason jar, and fill the jar with the broth.

  5. Store jars in the refrigerator to use in meals, or drink daily on an empty stomach to reap the full medicinal benefits.
